One of only ten Great Walks in New Zealand, the Milford Track is perhaps the most famous of them all.
The track traverses some of the most beautiful scenery in Fiordland, making it a bucket list adventure for many.
A number of strategically placed Department of Conservation huts can be found right across the Milford Track. Please be sure to book these separately from your track transport.
However you would like to travel to the start of the Milford Track from Queenstown, we have you covered.
All of our transport packages include two water taxi rides (both at the start of the track and the end). These are combined with comfortable minibus transport, a car relocation service and/or a scenic flight, providing you with an all-inclusive transport solution.

Depart:
Board your small-group minibus transport, departing Queenstown 8 or 10:30am. Enjoy expert commentary and a number of carefully planned stops, before boarding your water taxi from Te Anau Downs. Disembark at Glade Wharf to begin your Milford Track adventure, where you will be the first on the track. Speacial 8am Queenstown departure to meet your Milford boat leaving Te Anau Downs 11:30am! beat the crowds!
Return:
Hop on your return water taxi, departing Sandfly Point between 1 and 2 pm, before boarding our minibus at 2.30 pm. Arrive back in Queenstown at approximately 7 pm, ready for rest and relaxation after your big hike.

Prebook Your Transport and Accommodation
All accommodation on the Great Walks must be prebooked during the season – we ask you to do this before booking your track transport through us.
Transport also needs to be booked in advance, so once you have your huts locked in, make us your next stop.
Download the Great Hikes App
To help you plan your tramp, we recommend downloading the Great Hikes app. This is free to download and use and, in our opinion, is indispensable on the trail.
It works well offline and makes use of GPS to let you know exactly where you are on your hike. It helps you to plan your day (and your breaks) and allows you to check your progress in order to meet your transport at the other end.
