Awesome. The only way to see Milford Sound

Steve, our Tour Guide and Driver picked us up at the specified time and place. Along the entire route fro Te Anu to Milford Sound, Steve pointed out interesting sights, history of what we were seeing, and facts about New Zealand. We arrived at the Sound right on schedule to board the boat. Thankfully we were on smaller boat that had less than 50. Most other boats held several hundred. We ere provided a picnic lunch that was both tasty and filling. Our Milford Sound boat tour lasted 2 hours. Upon returning to port, Steve was there to meet us and get us on our way back to Te Anu. After experiencing this Tour, I believe it was worth every cent we paid. Steve was a wonderful Host and Guide.

Top notch Milford Sound Tour

Our guide Steve was a remarkable driver and narrator with so much local knowledge and a cheerful sense of humour. He made us appreciate even more the impressive natural beauty of the Southern Alps. Steve was friendly and helpful to each and every person of our small group of 16 people. Before and after our Milford Sound cruise, we were guided to several natural wonders including stops to the stunning Mirror lakes and also to alpine waterfalls. Lunch was provided and included delicious and healthy options. We will definitely book this experience again in our next visit to NewZealand! 100% recommended!

One of a Kind Adventure

From the prompt pick up to the drop off at our AirBnB, we were given top notch care by our tour guide, Steve. So personable with a wealth of knowledge to share. Even on a cloudy day, the beauty that surrounded us on the drive was spectacular. Stops along the way made the journey all the more enjoyable. The cherry on top was the 2 hour boat ride around Milford Sound. Hard to explain how immense the cliffs are that surround you. Getting up close and personal with a waterfall was the best. Do yourself a favor and choose Cheeky Kiwi for your Milford Sound excursion. They do it right!

Awesome trip to Milford Sound

I went on this tour with my husband and 7 year old daughter. We had the best day! We all agreed it was awesome. Steve our tour guide and bus driver was friendly and informative. He made the drive out to Milford super interesting and fun. We stopped along the way for photos and to have a closer look at some beautiful sights. The boat cruise was truly epic, we got to see seals really close. The scenery is just stunning at Milford Sound so we loved it. We loved the small bus and boat and being in a small group of only 16. Also, the picnic lunch was delicious with heaps of food plus there were snacks for us on the bus. We will definitely be recommending cheeky tours to friends and family.

Milford sound tour

Our Milford Sound trip was perfect Jeremy our guide was the best! So knowledgeable about the area and made the day so pleasant Bus very comfy Lunch and snacks wonderful The boat cruise was sensational Thank you cheeky kiwi Will defs recommend!!!

not just a sight seeing

Highly recommend this wonderful experience.

Jeremy was an excellent guide – knowledgeable, funny, accommodating, and professional. He made the trip extremely enjoyable. The smaller size boat tour was excellent. We loved seeing the seals,the dolphins and getting wet through the waterfall!

Great Experience

We loved our trip! Steve was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide who really went above and beyond to make this trip so amazing! We got snacks, waters, packed lunches and LOADS of fun facts and photo opportunities.
